All bookings require a deposit in the amount of the first night stay inclusive of taxes at the time of booking. All rates are subject to 16% tax (5% GST, 8% PST, & 3% MRDT). Rates are based on double occupancy (unless otherwise specified). Additional fees apply for additional persons.

Peak Season rates apply on Canadian Holidays.

We have a 7 day cancellation policy during our ‘Shoulder’ & ‘Storm Watch’ Seasons. Cancellations made within the 7 days forfeit their full deposit amount. Cancellations made prior to the 7 days are subject to a $20 service fee.

‘Peak Season’ is subject to a 14 day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the 14 days forfeit their full deposit amount. Cancellations made prior to the 14 days are subject to a $20 service fee.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit Cards. 

Check In: AFTER 4:00pm (Please advise your reservation agent if you will be arriving after 9pm). Check Out: BEFORE 11:00am.

All of our units are Non-Smoking, inclusive of patios & balconies. We have a designated smoking area on property.

We have some pet friendly units available. All pet friendly units occupying a pet will be charged a one-time $40.00 pet cleaning fee for the first pet and an additional one time fee of $20.00 for a second pet. Should you bring a pet into a non-pet friendly unit, a $200.00 fee will be charged. Please confirm with Front Desk in advance of your arrival should you wish to bring a pet. Pet friendly rooms are subject to availability. We accept dogs only.

Management reserves the right to limit the number of people occupying a room.
